1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CoreProse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Use of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to use CoreProse
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes
• You must not attempt to circumvent the limitations of your subscription plan

3. Fair Use & Acceptable Use Policy

CoreProse is designed for legitimate content creation by individuals and businesses. The following uses are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension:

• Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent plan quotas
• Automated scraping, crawling, or systematic downloading of generated content via API or UI automation
• Reselling API access or building competing services on top of CoreProse
• Generating content that violates applicable law, including defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing material
• Deliberately generating content to manipulate search engine rankings through deceptive practices (cloaking, doorway pages, link schemes)
• Excessive usage patterns that negatively impact service performance for other users

4. Intellectual Property

Content generated by CoreProse belongs to you. You retain all rights to articles and content created via our platform.

CoreProse retains all rights to the software, platform, and underlying technologies.

5. AI-Generated Content Ownership

You own all content generated through CoreProse (articles, chat responses, analyses). You may use, modify, publish and commercialize it freely.

CoreProse claims no ownership rights over your generated content. We do not use it to train AI models or share it with third parties.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying the accuracy of, and ensuring the legal compliance of generated content before publication. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and does not constitute professional advice.

6. Pricing & Refund Policy

Subscription prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Any price increase will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods of a billing cycle.

If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected]. This 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoreProse is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Force Majeure

CoreProse shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: third-party service outages (AI providers, cloud infrastructure, payment processors), natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, or Internet infrastructure failures. In such events, affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

9. Third-Party Services

CoreProse uses third-party services to deliver its features, including AI language models (OpenAI), web search providers, email delivery, and payment processing (Stripe). The availability and performance of CoreProse may be affected by these third-party services. CoreProse is not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of these providers. 10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service in case of violation of these terms, without notice and without refund.

11. Data Retention After Termination

Upon termination or deletion of your account:

• Your personal data is deleted within 30 days, unless legal retention obligations apply.
• Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with French tax law.
• You may request an export of your data before account deletion by contacting [email protected].

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Meaux (Seine-et-Marne), France.

13. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action. You may send your complaint by email to [email protected]. We commit to responding within 30 days.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The competent mediator will be provided upon request.
